The contracting parties have agreed that any and all property disputes that might result from this Contract or occur in relation to this Contract shall be definitively resolved in an arbitration proceeding at the exclusion of a court hearing in the general courts. Such disputes shall be decided by one arbitrator appointed by the List Administrator from the List of Arbitrators administered by the arbitration office of Embetel plus s.r.o., company registration No. (IČ) 289 05 156, with its registered office at Volutova 2524/12, Praha 5 Stodůlky 150 00 (hereinafter referred to as the Arbitration Office) in compliance with internal documentation, namely the Office Rules and the Glossary of Terms. The contracting parties hereby declare that they agree to the contents contained therein. The contracting parties may make inquiries concerning rights and obligations that result from the above documents at the Arbitration Office’s registered office, where they can also obtain a copy of the Rules of Procedure and the Rules of Arbitration Proceeding Costs upon paying a fee for their copy, or at www.rozhodcikancelar.cz. The contracting parties have agreed and acknowledge that if a dispute is decided in an arbitration proceeding, the arbitrator’s award shall be final and a motion to execute the award can be lodged.
